These terms are an agreement between you and Shanghai KaiChenEra Technology Co., Ltd. covering the Kinjin Sticker app, website, and related services. By downloading, registering, or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.
1. Service and accounts
Kinjin Sticker offers sticker creation, organization, keyboard access, cross-device sync, AI effects, and related subscriptions. Some features require an account or network connection. You must provide lawful, accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
2. Your content
You keep the rights you lawfully hold in photos, stickers, text, and other content. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to process that content only as needed to provide editing, sync, generation, and display features. After account and content deletion, that permission ends when backup and legal retention periods expire.
You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use a person’s likeness, images, fonts, trademarks, and other material.
3. AI-generated content
Generated results may be inaccurate, similar to other results, offensive, or unexpected. They are not professional advice. Review each result and the relevant rights before using, publishing, or commercializing it. We do not guarantee that every generation will succeed or that a result will be exclusive.
4. Subscriptions, payment, and refunds
Prices, billing periods, and benefits are shown on the purchase screen and in the app store confirmation. Subscriptions renew under the store’s rules unless cancelled in store settings before renewal. Payments, refunds, taxes, and family sharing are handled under the applicable store rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Kinjin Sticker to violate rights, distribute unlawful or malicious content, impersonate others, interfere with security, bypass usage limits, scrape the service without permission, reverse engineer it, or resell it. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate content or accounts reasonably suspected of violating these terms.
6. Intellectual property and changes
The app, interface, brand, code, and service materials are protected by intellectual-property law. We may change features for security, compatibility, or product improvement and will try to explain major interruptions in advance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available.
7. Ending use, liability, and disputes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate service for a breach or security risk. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, third-party platforms, or events outside our reasonable control. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction where the company is located.
